Property is two tracts and may be offered separately at auction. Tract one consists of 149 acres and is outside of the GA CUVA program. Tract 2 consists of 22 acres and is currently in the GA CUVA program with 2 years remaining. If buyer chooses to remove the property from the CUVA program then the penalty will be the responsibility of the buyer.
We have not been able to verify the zoning at this time but the larger of the tracts is labeled as C5 commercial by Franklin County
